Heather Kochanowicz
Founder & Consultant
Heather Kochanowicz helps businesses, associations, and non-profits work smarter, not harder.
With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in identifying what’s slowing organizations down, whether it’s inefficient processes, disconnected systems, or manual workflows, and turning them into streamlined, scalable operations.
Heather’s approach is practical, collaborative, and results-driven. She works closely with clients to simplify how things get done, improve team productivity, and create systems that support growth without adding complexity. From process audits and workflow redesign to automation and system integration, her focus is always the same: make your business easier to run and more profitable.
Throughout her career, Heather has led major operational improvements, including implementing new technology platforms, reducing overhead costs, and improving service delivery timelines. She has worked with businesses of all sizes, as well as associations and nonprofits, bringing a unique perspective that blends strategy, operations, and marketing.
She also brings deep experience in product development, client experience, and large-scale event execution, and has served in leadership roles on boards for associations and non-profits, making her a well-rounded partner for organizations looking to grow and evolve.
Originally from outside Philadelphia (Go Birds!), Heather now resides in Northern Virginia with her family.
